Help the Homeless in the Southlake, TX Area This Holiday Season

As many of you know, I often co-hosted a real estate segment on KVCE am 1160 with regular host Willie Lambright.

During our hour-long segment on Mondays, we usually address topics affecting the Dallas-Fort Worth, Keller and Southlake real estate markets.

For instance, during one of our most recent segments, we discussed the 100 down program for HUD foreclosures, investment opportunities versus the stock market and the dangers of selling a home For Sale By Owner.

But recently we got together to discuss a different cause: keeping the homeless warm during the holiday season.

Southlake TX Home Buying Tips – Dark Homes

It’s always important to think like a home seller when buying  a Southlake home for sale.  That kind of forward thinking will help you immensely when you go to resale your Southlake home.

One thing that’s important to consider is the lighting in a house.  Very few Southlake home buyers will be interested in investing in a home that they feel is dark.

In addition to the obvious aesthetic reasons, there are plenty of reasons why interested Southlake home buyers avoid dark homes.
