Colleyville Tour de Chefs Recap – Food Fit For Royalty!

Tuesday, November 6th, 2007

Tour de ChefsWhen marketing Colleyville and Southlake luxury properties, doing business the same old way just doesn’t achieve the same results in todays current market. Colleyville and Southlake luxury home sellers should demand more from their Southlake real estate agent and expect them to think creatively when marketing their luxury homes. It’s all about exposure and placing your high-end listings in the cross-hairs of as many qualified buyers as possible. Using a very unique strategy to market this stunning Colleyville, Texas $2.9 Million luxury french chateau, we added it to the recent Tour de Chefs event that took place on October 27th.

It Takes a Well-Thought Out Plan – The Formula For Success!707 CHEEK SPARGER RD COLLEYVILLE

The Tour de Chefs featured world renown chefs cooking sumptuous dishes in some of NE Tarrant County’s finest estate properties. This event allowed us to flex our marketing muscle using a well-thought out marketing plan. Our plan included both online and offline media blitz with some extra spice!

  1. We distributed a Press Release & launched a publicity blitzTour de Chefs taking a break
  2. Included our partners – the home’s interior designer and the architect
  3. Included in a wonderful and extremely worth while cause
  4. We spiced up the event with WOW Factor – In this case vintage and new automobiles (Mercedes Benz, Lamborghini and Bentley) on display in the drive and garage
  5. Used our website Online Press Room to spread the word!

It was an extreme pleasure taking part in this event and we look forward to similar events to “showcase” our clients beautiful Southlake and Colleyville homes all while helping a very worthy cause – The Covenant Christian Academy! The event was spiced with vintage automobiles

"An Affair of the Heart" for the Notre Dame Private School of Dallas

Monday, November 5th, 2007

The Special Kids at the Notre Dame School of Dallas - “An Affair of the Heart” EventHeld at the Dallas Fairmont Hotel, “An Affair of the Heart” event was able raise over $400,000 for The Notre Dame School of Dallas, a private school for children with disabilities. The wonderful evening complete with a “Coca Cabana” style atmosphere and silent auction was truly a night to remember. The silent auction included unique trips and products. Items in the auction included ski trips, trips to see Barry Manilow and a beautiful dog. Also in the auction were thousands of items of jewelry, bedding and Christmas items. The retailer “Tuesday Morning” was a prominent sponsor as well. The school children sang one enthusiastic song and performed a dance number for the audience. There was dinner, dancing and casino money for fun afterwards.

I would like to offer my heart-felt appreciation to one of my clients Mike Flak and Anne Franklin who invited me to this incredible event. It had a profound impact on me and I will remember this evening for many years to come. Mike and Anne’s dear son Tim Flak is a student at Notre Dame School of Dallas. As sponsor of this event, it was gratifying to see the positive impact an event like this has on the wonderful programs at an organization like the Notre Dame School of Dallas.

I have requested photos taken by others, so stay tuned for an update on this wonderful event.
